Quick overview

We collect information you provide, information created when you use FlirtMaxx, and basic technical and analytics information. We use that information to run the app, personalize your AI partner and coaching experience, keep track of streaks and progress, process subscriptions, improve safety and quality, and understand how people use the product.

Some of the information you choose to provide, such as dating goals, flirting preferences, relationship status, blockers, and conversation content, may be personal or sensitive depending on where you live. Please only share what you are comfortable having processed by FlirtMaxx and its service providers.

FlirtMaxx currently uses xAI's Grok text and voice AI models to generate conversational responses, voice responses, roleplay, and coaching feedback. Before chat or voice mode starts, the app asks for your permission to send the data described in this policy to xAI for those AI features. AI-generated messages are not from real people and should not be treated as professional, medical, legal, mental health, or relationship advice.

• Provide, operate, maintain, and secure FlirtMaxx.
• Create and personalize your AI partner, conversations, coaching tone, and greetings.
• Generate avatar visuals and related app assets based on your selected style and vibe.
• Track streaks, levels, coins, daily practice, reminders, and other progress features.
• Analyze app usage, taps, clicks, paywall performance, onboarding flow, and feature quality.
• Process subscriptions, purchases, refunds, trials, and access to paid features.
• Detect abuse, enforce our rules, troubleshoot issues, and protect users and the app.
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

How we use AI

FlirtMaxx is built around AI-powered coaching. We currently use xAI's Grok AI models for text chat and voice mode. When you use those features and give in-app consent, we may send the following data to xAI so Grok can generate responses, roleplay scenarios, coaching feedback, summaries, safety checks, transcripts, and voice replies:

• Messages you type, conversation history, prompts, replies, and related timestamps.
• Voice input if you use voice mode, including microphone audio, audio-derived transcripts, and generated voice responses.
• Your selected AI partner/persona, avatar style, vibe, and conversation context.
• Onboarding answers and personalization details, including nickname/name, age, who you are flirting with, dating goals, blockers, interests, relationship status, preferred cadence, and preference choices when relevant to the AI interaction.
• Basic app context needed to operate, debug, improve quality, and maintain safety for the AI features.

AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected, or incomplete. You are responsible for how you use the app and how you communicate with real people outside the app. Do not submit information you do not want processed by AI systems, including highly sensitive personal information, financial information, government identifiers, passwords, or private information about other people without permission.

We may use conversation and usage data to monitor quality, improve prompts and product behavior, debug issues, measure safety, and evaluate model performance. Where possible, we limit access to people and service providers who need it to operate or improve FlirtMaxx.

How we share information

We do not sell your conversation content or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may share information with:

• Service providers that help us provide hosting, authentication, database, analytics, AI processing, avatar generation, subscriptions, paywalls, customer support, security, and diagnostics. These may include providers such as Supabase, Mixpanel, Superwall, Higgsfield, xAI for Grok AI processing, and similar infrastructure vendors.
• AI and avatar providers such as xAI and Higgsfield that process prompts, messages, preferences, audio, transcripts, or related data to generate coach responses, safety outputs, transcripts, voice responses, or avatar visuals.
• Payment and platform providers such as Apple, App Store services, and subscription infrastructure used to process purchases and manage access.
• Legal, safety, and business purposes when required to comply with law, enforce our terms, protect rights and safety, prevent fraud or abuse, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We require service providers that process personal information for FlirtMaxx to provide privacy and security protections for user data that are the same as or at least equal to the protections described in this Privacy Policy and to use the data only for the services they provide to FlirtMaxx, unless otherwise disclosed to you.

Adults only

FlirtMaxx is intended only for people who are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that a minor has created an account or provided personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information and close the account.

If you believe a minor has used FlirtMaxx or provided personal information, contact us using the information below.

Your choices

• You can update certain profile, onboarding, and reminder preferences in the app.
• You can stop submitting conversation content at any time by not using chat or voice features.
• You can decline the in-app xAI/Grok consent prompt; if you decline, AI chat and voice features will not start.
• You can manage subscriptions through your App Store account settings.
• You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal information.
• You can request that we close your account and delete personal information, subject to legal, safety, fraud-prevention, and operational retention needs.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, including rights to know, access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. We will honor applicable rights requests as required by law.

Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide FlirtMaxx, maintain your account, personalize your AI experience, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and improve product safety and reliability. Conversation history, analytics records, purchase records, and backup copies may have different retention periods.

When we no longer need information, we will delete it, anonymize it, or take reasonable steps to prevent it from being associated with you, unless we are required or permitted to keep it.

Security and transfers

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No internet or mobile app service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please use care when deciding what to share.

FlirtMaxx and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those countries may have privacy laws different from where you live.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required by law. Your continued use of FlirtMaxx after an update means the updated policy applies to future use of the app.
